New Clients: Need a Consultation?

By paying a consultation fee, you agree to the following:
- The cost of services is a flat fee, becomes the property of project cip, and will not be placed in a trust account;
- Absent a later written engagement, the attorney-client relationship is limited to the consultation; and
- The fact that you pay your fee in advance does not affect your right to terminate the limited relationship; in the event the relationship is terminated before the consultation, you may or may not have a right to a refund of a portion of the fee.
