Daniel B. Lopez is a litigator focusing on commercial, entertainment, and intellectual property disputes, with additional experience in employment law matters. He represents clients at all stages of litigation, with an emphasis on motion practice and courtroom advocacy. Daniel brings a detail-oriented and strategic approach to resolving complex legal issues, particularly those arising in the entertainment industry.
After graduating from UCLA with honors and membership in the Alpha Lambda Delta & Phi Eta Sigma National Honors Societies, Daniel continued his legal education at Boston University School of Law, where he studied under a leading scholar in intellectual property law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in August 2021 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Prior to joining U.S. Law Group, Daniel was a legal intern with Insomniac Holdings, LLC, producer of some of the world’s largest EDM festivals. During his time with Insomniac, Daniel worked directly under the General Counsel, assisting with the protection and enforcement of Insomniac’s intellectual property and working on licensing agreements for Insomniac-branded events.
