J.J. Little, a veteran trial lawyer, serves as Of Counsel to U.S. Law Group’s Litigation practice group.  J.J.’s outstanding track record underscores the wealth of experience he possesses in civil litigation.  With clients in such diverse industries as music, film, technology, banking and not-for-profit organizations, J.J.’s civil practice tends to focus on entertainment, intellectual property, breach of contract, fraud and employment disputes.

Always ready for an intellectual and strategic challenge, J.J. is particularly well suited to handle, and possesses vast experience in, complex litigation matters.  J.J. is intimately familiar with every phase of litigation; he routinely negotiates and mediates conflicts when doing so is in the best interests of his clients, and he has tried a substantial number of cases to verdicts, always securing very favorable outcomes for his clients.

Before founding his private practice in 1999, J.J. worked at both blue chip and boutique law firms – including Jones Day, Arter & Hadden, Rutan & Tucker and the Law Offices of James P. Tierney⎯and has represented such A-list clients as Brian Wilson, Gloria Estefan, Larry King, Geffen Records and Republic Pictures.

After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, J.J. earned his law degree with highest honors from Emory University School of law, where he served as the Editor of the Emory Law Journal and was awarded a full academic scholarship. He has published articles in both the Emory Law Journal and the Boston College Law Review.
