Caryna Vilela is the newest addition to U.S. Law Group.  She brings a diverse background and unwavering dedication to the firm, with a primary focus on Corporate transactions.

Caryna is a distinguished legal professional with a multifaceted background spanning various jurisdictions. Graduating with honors from law school in Brazil, she laid a solid foundation for her career focusing her practice on Corporate Law and M&A.

Caryna later ventured beyond Brazil’s borders, bringing her expertise to Canada. There, she contributed her skills to esteemed business law firms and continued to expand her knowledge base, gaining invaluable insights into international legal practices and frameworks. Caryna transitioned into an in-house role at an Asset Management firm where she immersed herself in the practice of Securities Regulations and Compliance.

Prior to joining U.S. Group Law, she graduated from UCLA with an LL.M, specializing in Business Law, where she received the Dean’s Excellence Award Scholarship. Caryna is well positioned to provide exemplary counsel to clients navigating the complexities of corporate law in today’s dynamic business landscape.
