NEW YORK, NY / LOS ANGELES, CA – Romano Law PLLC (“Romano Law”), a leading New York-based law firm with a national footprint across corporate, entertainment, employment, intellectual property and litigation matters, has expanded its California presence through the acquisition of U.S. Law Group (“USLG”), a boutique law firm based in Beverly Hills.
The transaction strengthens Romano Law’s presence in the Los Angeles market and further builds out its West Coast platform, enhancing the firm’s ability to serve clients operating across entertainment, media, technology and broader business sectors. USLG will integrate as Romano Law’s Los Angeles office.
As part of the acquisition, Usman Shaikh, founder of USLG, will join Romano Law as Managing Partner of Southern California, where he will lead the firm’s Los Angeles office and support the continued growth of its West Coast practice. Shaikh will be joined by members of his existing team, providing Romano Law with an expanded, fully operational presence in the Los Angeles market.
